My tracking says "no information available at the moment"
It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. We do not assume responsibility for customer address errors.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason with our 30 day policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, you will be reimbursed once we receive your returned items.
If you did not receive the product within a time frame of (30) business days you can request a reshipment. The items must state that they were not delivered. If your order was delivered to the address on file then we cannot send a replacement order or refund.
Ineligible refunds:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
If your item states it is in transit then a refund will not be available. It must be undeliverable and not trackable (within a 30 day time frame) for a refund to be processed.
Returns
To make a return our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization and Return Address by email. We cannot accept returns without this.
All returns that require shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Cost will be at your expense.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
